We keep contact inquiries for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, maintain appropriate business records, or meet legal obligations. Information may remain for a limited time in routine backups or service-provider systems after it is deleted from active use.

Automattic states that logs used for Jetpack Stats that contain visitor IP addresses and WordPress.com usernames, when available, are retained for 28 days. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
